“I was a patient at Allegiance managed by ImageLink Imaging Center this morning for an MRI, and I wanted to share what an excellent experience I had. The facility was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Stephanie at the front desk was kind, welcoming, and very efficient - she made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. David, the MRI technologist, was fantastic. He made the entire process quick, easy, and comfortable. I am also a provider at Atlanta Innovative Medicine, which is a non-surgical orthopedic and sports medicine clinic, and we frequently order MRIs for our patients. We refer to this imaging center often, and what truly sets them apart is their provider portal. We can log in and schedule our patient’s MRI appointment while they are still in our office, before they even walk out the door. That level of efficiency is invaluable for both patient care and workflow. Our Business Development Representative, Lauren, is amazing. She communicates clearly, responds quickly (even for stat needs), and consistently helps find solutions to any questions I have. She also makes a point to visit our office regularly, which speaks volumes about their commitment to provider relationships. Highly recommend - both as a patient and as a referring provider.”
